We had a good stay at Sayers Yard and loved the convenient location. It was just a short walk to the town center, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the top bedroom was amazing, especially in the morning and evening. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as uncomfortable sofas and a lack of wardrobe space in the main bedroom, these didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We would definitely recommend Sayers Yard to friends and family. it was a perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved Sayers Yard Villa in Whitby! This cute, warm, and cosy cottage had beautiful views of the harbour from the top bedroom. the morning sun shining through the windows was breathtaking, and the evening lights were magical. the communication and instructions were excellent, and we appreciated the fully functioning amenities, such as the shower and central heating. Its location was perfect, away from main street traffic noise but just a short walk into town and close to the Abbey. We would love to go back and highly recommend it to family and friends. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was close enough to the town center to easily explore, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The cottage itself was charming and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were delighted to find that it was spotlessly clean, which made for a pleasant and hygienic experience.
One minor issue we encountered was the lack of a wardrobe in the main bedroom. It would have been helpful to have a designated space to store our clothes and belongings.

The property details were conveniently emailed to me, as if they expected I could read. The nearest airport was a mere 41 km away, but who needs a holiday park when you have a comfy cottage?
The lack of a well-trained indoor cat was such a disappointment. Because cats are known for their cleanliness and good behavior, unlike those smelly and muddy dogs.

We had a fantastic stay at this cute and cosy cottage. The view from the top bedroom overlooking the harbor was fine, especially in the morning sunlight and when the night lights were shining. The communication and instructions were excellent, making our stay stress-free. The shower was amazing and the central heating kept us nice and warm. The location was perfect, with a short walk into town and close to the Abbey. We would love to go back!
The only challenge we had was getting down to the toilet from the top room during the night. It was a bit unsafe in semi-darkness, so we had to turn on the big light.
